Each coaching session transcript you upload and analyze counts as one analysis. You can re-view past analyses anytime without any limits.

Is my client data secure?

Absolutely. We are committed to privacy first. When you upload a transcript, we immediately anonymize it to remove all personally identifiable information (PII), then delete the original. We do not store or share any PII. We're committed to ICF ethical standards.
