What happens after my free trial?

After your free session analysis, you can choose a subscription plan to continue. Your trial session and data remain accessible in your account.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

What counts as a transcript analysis?

Each coaching session transcript you upload and analyze counts as one analysis. You can re-view past analyses without using additional credits.

Is my client data secure?

Absolutely. We are committed to privacy first. When you upload a transcript, we immediately anonymize it to remove all personally identifiable information (PII), then delete the original. We do not store or share any PII. We're committed to ICF ethical standards.

Do unused analyses roll over?

Monthly analysis credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Choose the plan that matches your typical monthly coaching volume.

Can I purchase more transcripts this month?

Yes! Contact our support team for a one-time purchase of additional transcripts for the current month. Alternatively, you can upgrade your plan to get more monthly transcripts.
